Shipping & Delivery
Where do orders ship from?
Every Racquet Inc order ships from our Dayton, Ohio facility. Most in-stock orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days of being placed.
How long does shipping take after my order ships?
Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after the carrier picks up your package, depending on your distance from Ohio. You'll receive a tracking number by email when the label is generated.
When do you offer free shipping?
Orders over $50 ship free within the United States. Below that, shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the size of your order.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your shipping label is created. Click the link in that email to follow your package in real time.
What if my package hasn't arrived?
Carrier delays do happen — weather, holiday volume, lost scans. If 15 days have passed since your shipping confirmation and you still don't have your order, email gifts@racquetinc.com with your name and order number and we'll trace it from our side.
Do you ship internationally?
We're primarily set up for U.S. shipping, but we do ship into the European Union and other markets case-by-case. If you're outside the U.S. and want to place an order, email gifts@racquetinc.com before checkout and we'll let you know what's possible and what shipping will cost.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and with original tags attached. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Email gifts@racquetinc.com to start a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Once we've approved your return, we email you a prepaid return shipping label. No out-of-pocket return shipping cost on standard returns.
When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you with the approval decision. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit. If 15 business days pass after our approval email and you haven't seen the refund, email us.
Can I return sale items or gift cards?
Unfortunately not. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email gifts@racquetinc.com as soon as you open the box. Send a quick photo and your order number — we'll make it right.
Do you accept exchanges?
The fastest way to swap an item is to return the original and place a new order for what you want. That way you don't wait for the return to process before the replacement ships.
Does the EU 14-day cooling-off period apply?
Yes. If your order ships to the European Union, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel or return your order for any reason, in line with EU consumer protection law. Standard return conditions still apply (unused, original packaging, tags attached).
About Our Products
Are your handmade products really one-of-a-kind?
The pieces in our antique-racquet line — including the Antique Tennis Racquet Wine Bottle Opener, Bottle Stopper, and Vintage Upcycled Vertical Bi-Fold Wallet — are crafted from real, full-sized vintage wooden tennis racquets that we source and upcycle. Because every starting racquet is unique (different brand, different wear, different grain), no two finished pieces are identical. The piece you receive may show small marks or color variation from what's pictured.
What's a tennis vibration dampener and where does it go?
A tennis dampener is a small silicone piece that slides between the two lowest main strings at the bottom of your racquet head, just above the throat. It softens the high-pitched ping the strings make on contact and dampens some of the trampoline feel for players who prefer a quieter response.
What's the difference between Delicious Dampeners and Mythical Dampeners?
Both lines are silicone tennis vibration dampeners, sold as 2-packs. The Delicious Dampener line is food-themed — coffee cups, pretzels, pizza slices, cupcakes, watermelon, sushi, and dozens more. The Mythical Dampener line is character-themed — Cyclops, Medusa, Zeus, Yeti, Vampire, Frankenstein, and other monsters and creatures.
Do your tennis racquet earrings work for sensitive ears?
Our sterling silver tennis racquet, pickleball paddle, and tennis ball earrings use hypoallergenic push-back posts designed for sensitive ears. The base is .925 sterling silver; rose-gold and gold-plated finishes are layered over the same sterling base.
What size paddles do your Pickleball Paddle Cover Sleeves fit?
Our Pickleball Paddle Cover Sleeves are sized for standard pickleball paddles. They're padded neoprene with a full-length zipper closure and protect the paddle face from dings and scratches when stored in a tote or duffel bag. Available in five designs: Bloom Smash, High Voltage, Pickle Pop, Tropic Topspin, and Wild Roar.
How big are your fridge magnets?
Round ball-themed magnets (Tennis Ball, Pickleball, Golf Ball) are 5 inches in diameter. Script magnets (Ace, Dink) and heart-shaped magnets are 5.5 inches wide by 4.7 inches high. All are printed in high-resolution on a thick magnet body.

What are your best gifts under $25?
Most of our accessories — dampeners, keychains, bag tags, magnets, scrunchies, hair ties, shoe charms, sticker sheets, and pens — fall under $25. Browse the Under $10 collection for the lightest-budget options, or the Sale collection for current discounts.
Can you ship a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and we'll ship there. If you'd like us to leave the price off the packing slip or include a short note, mention it in the order notes at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. We regularly work with country clubs, racquet clubs, tennis facilities, pickleball venues, golf courses, tournament organizers, junior camps, and corporate teams. Email gifts@racquetinc.com with what you're looking for — products, quantities, and timing — and we'll send back pricing and lead times.
Can you do tournament favors or corporate gifting?
Yes — we put together tournament prize-table orders, league-night gifts, member-guest favors, end-of-season team gifts, and corporate-gift assortments regularly. Email gifts@racquetinc.com with the occasion, budget, and approximate piece count and we'll send back a curated quote.
Account & Order Help
How do I check my order status?
Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you placed your order with an account, you can also see order history when logged in.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Reach out as soon as possible at gifts@racquetinc.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually adjust or cancel. Once the label is generated, changes have to go through the return process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.
Is my payment information secure?
All payment processing runs through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure. Card details are encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't see or store full card numbers on our end.
