Return & Refund Policy

We want every Racquet Inc gift to land well. If it doesn't, here's how returns and refunds work. Email us at gifts@racquetinc.com at any point in the process — we read every message and reply personally.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. After 30 days from delivery, we unfortunately can't accept a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • In its original packaging
  • With original tags attached
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to start a return

Email gifts@racquetinc.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll review it and, if accepted, email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Please don't ship anything back before we've approved the return — packages that arrive unannounced won't be processed.

Refunds

When we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you with the approval decision. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional few business days to post the credit. If 15 business days pass after our approval email and you still haven't seen the refund, please email us.

Items we can't accept

For health, safety, and final-sale reasons, the following items aren't returnable:

  • Sale items (anything purchased on discount)
  • Gift cards

If you're not sure whether your item is returnable, email us first.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged in transit, or simply not what you ordered, email gifts@racquetinc.com right away — send a photo and your order number. We'll make it right, typically with a replacement at no cost to you.
