Shipping Policy
Thanks for shopping with Racquet Inc. Here's exactly how we handle shipping — how fast we process orders, what free shipping looks like, where we ship from, and how to reach us if anything goes sideways.
Where we ship from
Every Racquet Inc order ships from our facility in Dayton, Ohio. We've been packing and shipping tennis, pickleball, and golf gifts from here since 2016.
Processing times
Most in-stock orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days after your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). You'll receive a second email with tracking once the shipping label is created. During high-volume periods — Mother's Day, Father's Day, late November through December — processing may take an additional day or two.
Free shipping
Orders over $50 ship free within the United States. Smaller orders ship at flat rates calculated and displayed at checkout based on the size and destination of your order.
Domestic delivery times
Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after the carrier picks up your package, depending on your distance from Ohio. East-coast and Midwest addresses generally see the package in 2 to 4 business days; West-coast and remote addresses take 5 to 7. Tracking updates are sent automatically.
International orders
We're primarily set up for U.S. domestic shipping, but we do ship to the European Union and other markets case-by-case. If you're outside the U.S. and want to place an order, email us at gifts@racquetinc.com before checkout and we'll let you know what's possible and what shipping will cost. Customs duties and taxes on international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Click the link in that email to follow your package in real time. If tracking doesn't update for several days, that's usually a carrier scan delay rather than a lost package — but if you have concerns, email us.
Delays and lost packages
Shipping delays do happen for reasons outside our control — severe weather, carrier backlogs, customs holds on international orders. If 15 days have passed since your shipping confirmation and you still don't have your order, email gifts@racquetinc.com with your name and order number and we'll trace it from our side.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we'll reach out to ask whether you'd like it re-sent (you cover re-ship cost) or refunded (we deduct the original shipping cost). We're not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Damaged or wrong items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything looks damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, email gifts@racquetinc.com within a few days of receipt with a photo and your order number — we'll make it right, typically with a replacement at no cost.
